Your Tasks
- Contribute to BCE's cybersecurity roadmap in line with company strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Act as strategic advisor to the Head of Security on security, risk appetite, and new technologies.
- Lead transversal projects (Zero Trust, Cloud Security, Identity & Access Management, Security by Design, etc.).
- Represent BCE in audits, certifications, and strategic discussions with customers and partners.
- Guide, mentor, and develop the cybersecurity team (Security Officers and Juniors).
- Promote a strong security culture across BCE and its partners.
- Execute or monitor the execution of the daily security tasks and controls.
- Monitor the vulnerability scanning and supervise remediation actions on a regular basis.
- Supervise the SIEM management platform and SOC service tools.
- Manage onboarding of SOC customers and integrate them into the SIEM platform. Enhance and continuously improve the quality and number of security alerts.
- Test, integrate, support, and train teams on security tools (password management, privileged access management, etc.).
- Conduct and coordinate BCE's security watch (threat intelligence, new vulnerabilities, emerging risks).
- Oversee and contribute to transversal projects related to security and/or governance for BCE and its customers.
- Perform and supervise risk assessments and manage cybersecurity incidents impacting BCE or its customers' media operations.
- Ensure and continuously monitor compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, and industry standards.
Your profile
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Cybersecurity, IT, Networks, or Telecommunications.
- 7 years of experience in a similar role within the Cyber sector.
- Familiar with security tooling and infrastructures (SIEM, pen-tests, Vulnerability Scanning, ZTNA etc.).
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructures & familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.) and IT systems (virtualization, storage, servers) is an advantage.
- Experience with media / audiovisual infrastructures is a plus.
- Certification in ISO27001, CISSP, CISM, ISO22301 or similar is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ready to tackle complex challenges in a fast-moving media environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a good sense of listening, analysis, and synthesis.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); Knowledge of Luxembourgish, French and/or German is a plus.
