About the role: As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle across a range of operational functions. This is an extremely hands‑on sourcing role where you’ll be proactively identifying and engaging top talent while ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our warmth, transparency, and purpose.
You’ll serve as the first point of contact for all candidates, building meaningful relationships and ensuring a human, inclusive, and values‑led experience.
Whilst this role will focus primarily on one country, you’ll also support hiring across other regions as defined in the global hiring plan. That means you’ll need to be agile, adaptable, and quick on your feet, working seamlessly across different markets and teams. You’ll be expected to master our ATS (Pinpoint) and hiring processes, becoming the go‑to expert who empowers hiring managers with confidence, clarity, and data‑driven insights.

- Build relationships with hiring managers and the People team.
- Take full ownership of recruitment for your functions, from intake to offer.
- Drive clarity, speed, and quality in every hire.
- Develop proactive talent pipelines for critical and future roles.
- Role‑model collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement across the TA process.
- Champion candidate experience, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our culture and purpose.
- Lead with empathy, creativity, and agility, balancing business needs with a brilliant candidate journey.
- Use data and insight to drive decision‑making and continuous improvement.
- Support employer brand campaigns that tell real stories about our people and values.
Key Goals & Objectives:
- Deliver high‑quality hires within agreed timeframes and budgets.
- Balance recruitment speed with unwavering commitment to experience and quality of hire.
- Achieve <=30 days average time‑to‑hire across owned roles.
- Maintain 90%+ hiring manager satisfaction.
- Build and maintain proactive pipelines in Pinpoint.
- Reduce agency dependency through direct sourcing.
- Contribute to inclusive hiring and EVP initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment, including direct sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all candidates, ensuring warm, transparent, and consistent communication.
- Proactively source, approach, and nurture talent using creative, data‑informed strategies.
- Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles and create compelling job briefs.
- Embed our values into every stage of the hiring process, seeking value, listening actively, and collaborating with trust.
- Maintain accurate ATS data and provide insights that guide smarter decisions.
- Craft personalised candidate journeys from outreach to onboarding handover.
- Collaborate on employer brand storytelling and community engagement.
- Role‑model accountability, ownership, and adaptability in every project.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Fluent in Dutch.
- 2–4 years’ experience in recruitment (in‑house or agency).
- Proven ability in direct sourcing, relationship building, and pipeline management.
- Skilled in conducting behavioural interviews and assessing cultural add.
- Confident user of ATS platforms and recruitment tools (Pinpoint or similar).
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management.
- Curious, data‑informed, and purpose‑driven, using facts and empathy in equal measure.
- Understanding of other languages including Spanish, French or German is an added bonus!
