In this full-time role, you'll handle customer questions in a ticket system via chat and email, while closely collaborating with your colleagues across from Europe. You first focus on your own tickets coming in from your Portuguese-speaking customers, then support your colleagues working the Italian or Spanish market when needed. You'll also assist customers by phone during scheduled shifts.
