If you are ready for a new challenge and want to be part of the No1 Vegetable Seed Group, a major scope of your Head of Marketing & Business Development accountability will be:
- Developing and implementing the Global Marketing strategy by providing clear guidance to the marketing team, setting up the growth assumptions per crop and geography, go-to-market strategies, customer segmentation, portfolio strategy and product life cycle management
- Leading the portfolio management and steering the crop strategy implementation through the established cross-functional Crop teams
- Building strong brand awareness and positioning of our company's brand by creating a clear and compelling communication strategy and organizing company international conferences, trade shows, and major events
- Leading the business development by identifying different product collaborations opportunities and partnerships to grow our footprint and complement our portfolio, as well as playing a key role in any potential M&A projects
- Working closely with our sales department to develop a pricing strategy to maximize profits and market share
- Contribute for an effective inventory management by defining clear crop market segment targets and working closely with Supply, Production and Sales in monitoring the inventory optimization plan execution
- Being an important member of Hazera’s Strategic Leadership team co-developing the business strategy
- Being part of the Limagrain’s Marketing Management Leadership Team and contributing to the Groups Marketing Strategy, objectives and key strategic initiatives
- Collaborating closely with the other Limagrain vegetable seed companies to build strategic crop reviews, ensuring alignment, key learnings and best practice sharing
