Junior operator 5 shifts

Wat je gaat doen As a Junior Operator, you’ll work in the fragrance department, the place where raw materials are blended into scents used in products all over the world, from detergents to perfumes. You’ll start with clear, hands-on tasks and get the training you need to become an allround operator.

Your main duties include:

• Collecting and weighing raw materials based on recipes;
• Mixing powders and liquids using a mobile station;
• Checking product quality and ensuring accurate processing;
• Keeping your work area safe, clean, and well-organized;
• Communicating with team members during shift handovers.

Working hours 5 shifts

• 07:00 – 15:00
• 15:00 – 23:00
• 23:00 – 07:00

Wat we je bieden

• €19.42 gross per hour (excluding allowances);
• 30% shift allowance on all hours;
• 25 vacation days, 8.33% holiday allowance, and a 13th-month bonus;
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per km;
• Long-term opportunity with a permanent contract possible at IFF;
• Training and development to become a full operator.

Functie-eisen

• Good level of Dutch or English (minimum B1);
• Experience in production, logistics, or another practical environment;
• Eye for detail and quality;
• Willing to work in a 5-shift system;
• Team player who can also work independently;
• Physically fit and comfortable working with fragrances or chemical substances.
