At SyncVR Medical, we are the XR operating system for European healthcare. We are on a mission to integrate immersive technology into clinical workflows across 200+ hospitals. While our XR platform is plug-and-play, a key challenge remains: empowering healthcare professionals to confidently use and teach this technology to their colleagues.
The SyncVR AI Internship is our unique concept to turn regular internships into AI-driven experiences so that interns learn how to use AI to be more effective, and bringing that knowledge back to the company. What you create here isn't 'someday' work; it will be a fully functional course used by nurses, physicians, and clinical teams across the UK and the Netherlands.
This is where you come in. We are looking for a creative and skilled video content creator intern to join the development of our Train the Trainer (TTT) program. This is a unique opportunity to co-create a strategic e-learning project that will accelerate the adoption of VR in healthcare worldwide. You won't just be an intern; you'll play a key role in shaping the educational content that directly impacts our commercial growth and clinical adoption.
Tasks
Your mission is to design, produce, and edit video content that is clear, concise, and visually aligned with our brand and healthcare standards. You’ll work closely with a team member currently coordinating the project and collaborate with other team members as needed.
- Video Production & Editing: Create a variety of short instructional videos (e.g., explainer animations, screen recordings, tablet walkthroughs, interviews).
- Instructional Support: Help translate learning modules into effective visual content for clinical audiences.
- Creative Direction: Provide input on the best visual formats to explain technical or clinical concepts simply.
- Collaboration: Work alongside the e-learning content creator and SyncVR teams (clinical, sales, and product) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Feedback & Refinement: Iterate based on input from test users and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Who you are
- A Confident Video Editor: You’re skilled with editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
- Visually Literate: You understand how to communicate clearly through video and design.
- Organized & Independent: You can take initiative, manage timelines, and adapt to feedback with minimal supervision.
- Curious & Purpose-Driven: You want to create something that helps real people, in this case, patients and clinicians.
- Fluent in English.
Benefits
- Real Impact: You will build a product that directly enables the scalable adoption of XR in healthcare.
- Tangible Portfolio: You will walk away with a complete, live e-learning course that you can use as a key portfolio piece. You'll produce a professional video library used in real-world clinical training.
- Startup Experience: Collaborate within a growing European healthtech startup at the intersection of immersive tech and patient care.
Process
- Screening (±15 min) via (video)call.
- Assessment (on your product ownership and video editing skills)
- Go/no-go
