Your day to day:
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing various meetings and events.
Help maintain relationships with clients and following up in current business.
Attend regular team meetings to discuss ongoing and upcoming events, providing updates on current business and any challenges encountered.
Contribute suggestions based on your observations and interactions with clients to enhance event planning processes.
Assist with invoicing and post-event evaluations to ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with various departments, including banqueting and front desk to guarantee successful event execution.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event management.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas for events and promotions.
Collaborate with team members to analyze event feedback, helping to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and take detailed minutes, ensuring all action items are documented and followed up on in a timely manner.
Ready to land this internship?
The internship is part of your school program
Excellent communication skills in English and preferably also in Dutch. Another language is always a plus.
You have a positive, can-do attitude and enjoy working with people
Good communication and organizational skills
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Opera is a plus
