Your day to day:
Deliver outstanding guest service - Communicate with guests before, during, and after their stay to make sure they feel truly welcome.
Keep our standards high - Make sure the hotel always looks and feels its best, following voco™ brand standards and IHG guidelines.
Stay organized - Use our Front Desk checklist to ensure no detail is missed.
Prioritize safety and security - Follow all procedures to keep our guests and team safe.
Support VIPs and special guests - Share key arrival and departure details, and make sure special requests are passed to the right departments.
Be a team player - Work closely with other departments every day to create a seamless guest experience.
Be flexible - Work a mix of shifts, including mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends.
