To support our ambitious growth, we are seeking a data-savvy and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our B2C/B2B marketing strategy and execution across all markets.
The roleAs CMO, you will own and execute Shoparize’s end-to-end marketing function from brand and positioning to lead generation, customer lifecycle management, and marketing analytics. You will develop a compelling go-to-market (GTM) strategy, drive demand across new and existing customer segments, and build a high-performance marketing organization focused on company growth and identity.
Responsibilities Growth & Go-to-Market Strategy- Develop and execute a scalable go-to-market strategy to support business growth across multiple markets and verticals.
- Own the marketing-led growth strategy to attract high-value leads, convert new customers, and expand wallet share from existing clients.
- Align marketing and commercial teams to drive acquisition and activation goals with clear OKRs and funnel metrics.
- Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns (paid media, content, SEO/SEM, social, email, partnerships, affiliate) focused on high-intent lead generation.
- Launch and manage account-based marketing (ABM) and lifecycle marketing programs for B2B pipelines.
- Leverage CRM and automation tools to enhance prospect nurturing, scoring, and conversion.
- Define and evolve Shoparize’s global brand identity, positioning, messaging, and tone-of-voice across all markets.
- Ensure consistent brand experience across owned channels, partner networks, campaigns, and content.
- Act as brand steward both internally and externally — from website to PR and event presence.
- Develop and oversee customer retention strategies, including onboarding flows, newsletters, and community engagement.
- Partner with product and customer support teams to improve user satisfaction, NPS, and lifetime value (LTV).
- Implement feedback loops to continuously improve the customer experience based on insights.
- Define KPIs and marketing attribution models to track ROI and CAC.
- Own and allocate the global marketing budget, with accountability for performance against acquisition, activation, and growth goals.
- Lead a test-and-learn culture, leveraging data to iterate and scale successful initiatives.
- Build and manage a world-class marketing team spanning digital, content, design, and communications.
- Foster collaboration with sales, product, operations, and external agencies or freelancers.
- Attract, coach, and retain top talent to support Shoparize’s scale-up ambitions.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing marketing role. Previous CMO experience is preferable but not mandatory.
- Experience in setting up and executing marketing strategy for a scale-up.
- Knowledge/experience in e-commerce, Affiliate marketing, and Google Ads would be preferable.
- Proven track record of building and executing data-driven demand generation and GTM strategies.
- Strong strategic vision, hands-on execution mindset, and commercial intuition.
- Expertise in CRM, performance marketing, marketing automation, and lead scoring (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills — both verbal and visual.
- Experience with international expansion, multi-market branding, and cross-functional leadership.
