What you’ll do
- Translate digital strategy into ascalable adoption modelfor hyperautomation and agentic AI.
- Driveglobal rollout of proven use cases, ensuring reuse and standardization across Business Units.
- Partner with the Development Manager and IT for delivery alignment, while focusing onbusiness enablement and adoption.
2) Governance & Value Realization
- Define and enforcegovernance frameworksfor intake, prioritization, and benefit tracking.
- Partner with Finance tovalidate ROI and business valuefor all scaled solutions.
- Maintain aportfolio viewof initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
3) Community & Change Management
- Build and nurture aglobal citizen developer community, enabling local teams to innovate safely.
- Leadchange management programs(e.g., ADKAR) to embed new ways of working.
- Organizeenablement sessions, showcases, and playbooksto accelerate adoption.
4) Agentic AI Enablement
- Promotesafe and responsible use of agentic AIin business processes.
- Partner with technical teams to ensureguardrails and complianceare understood and followed.
- Identifyhigh-value opportunitiesfor agentic AI and support business teams in adoption.
5) Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as thebusiness-facing leadfor hyperautomation and Agentic AI scaling.
- Influence senior stakeholders across BUs and Functions to secure sponsorship and resources.
- Communicate progress, success stories, and value delivered to executive leadership.
What you’ll bring
- Experience:8+ years in digital transformation, automation, or AI adoption at scale.
- Scaling Expertise:Proven track record inrolling out enterprise-wide programs(automation, AI, or similar).
- Change Leadership:Strong background inchange managementandstakeholder engagement.
- Business Acumen:Ability to link technology to business outcomes and articulate ROI.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with hyper automation concepts (Agentic AI, Lowcode, Automations) and emerging AI trends.
- Soft Skills:Excellent communication, influence without authority, and a collaborative mindset.
- Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Innovation, or related field.
- Language:Fluent English; other languages are a plus.
