We are looking for a Senior Manager Pricing Europe to join the Pricing TEAM.

The Senior Pricing Manager Europe has end-to-end responsibility for large, cross-functional projects & processes related to pricing. An exemplary project is the roll-out and sustainable implementation of willingness-to-pay as a key input factor for decision making during offer creation. It involves the thorough understanding and questioning of concepts and methodologies, project & process planning, hands-on execution and consequent tracking and following-up. The Senior Pricing Manager Europe identifies and opportunities and leads initiatives aimed at improving pricing methods, processes and governance in a cross functional environment. The role involves close interaction with cross functional roles in countries, regions and globally.

Responsibilities:
1.End-to-end responsibility for large, cross-functional projects and processes in the area of pricing and commercial. This includes conceptualization, stakeholder communication, implementation and continuous follow-ups. A key topic is the sustainable implementation of willingness-to-pay in Europe.
2.Independently own topics, consult and communicate independently to senior management and primary stakeholders to achieve tangible impact on the business.
3.Work in close cooperation with country, regional, and global commercial functions, as well as finance, marketing, and others to ensure delivery across the region. Share and present pricing programs and innovations to top management. Guide and support any country pricing organisation when needed.
4.Improve pricing strategies in the region and use advanced analytical intelligence and deep data understanding to evaluate effectiveness of pricing programs and find opportunities for improved actions.
5.From a regional perspective, manage associated systems/processes and tools which support the pricing process involved, including application conceptualization/development, training and deployment. Ensure accuracy of reporting data/information and ease of use of local tools. Constantly consult with stakeholders to understand ongoing business needs and make changes/adjustments as needed
6.Provide subject matter expertise to management, country pricing teams, commercial, finance, and global pricing, to support decisions regarding yield initiatives, pricing process, strategy reviews, and projects
7.Troubleshoot business issues related to the pricing, billing and commercial processes and provide recommendations/alternatives to address business issues.

· Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline (Accountancy, Business Administration, Finance, Economics) and 9-12 years of experience in related field and typically backed by a MS/MA

· 5 years' experience in an analytical, financial, or marketing function (ideally, in a Costing or Pricing function in a country, cluster or region is preferred)

· Outstanding analytical skills with strong business perspective; this includes a profound statistical knowledge and the ability to understand and question advanced analytical models

· Exceptional project management skills and experience in leading cross functional teams on company wide strategic initiatives related to pricing and commercial topics

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing people without having direct reporting lines

· Ability to work independently on large projects and processes and results oriented; ability to manage to deadlines and under pressure, as well as make decisions on pricing proposals

· Capability to analyze large volumes of data using adequate software

· High level for presentations and negotiation skills

· Openness to work in an international environment/ multicultural environment
