Accounts Payable Agent to join the DHL eCommerce Accounts Payable team.
How will you contribute to the success of DHL? The eCommerce Accounting team in Maastricht is a young and dynamic team of enthusiastic colleagues. Currently they are responsible for the accounting of four entities within eCommerce Benelux. As an accounts payable agent you are responsible for the processing and payment of all incoming 3rd party invoices for DHL eCommerce Benelux Other key tasks:
- Processing and coding of incoming invoices;
- investigate queries regarding processed invoices;
- Process recodes and investigate the request;
- Perform month end closing / reporting and account reconciliations;
- Prepare and process payment batches;
- Ensure positive relationship with the business partners;
- Investigate bottlenecks in the process.
Do you have what it takes? -
MBO level (economic / financial) with administrative experience in an accounting environment;

Excellent communication and strong soft skills;
-
PC skills: good knowledge of MS Office, in particular MS Excel;

ERP system knowledge (Oracle, SAP, Basware);

Experience withAccounts Payable processes and systems is preferred;

You are fluent in Dutch and have good command of the English language.
