Accenture is looking for a full time human resource specialist to join their team in Amsterdam. This role is perfect for someone who wants to work in a professional HR environment and contribute to effective people management across the organization.

As a full time human resource specialist focusing on supplier management, you will oversee supplier relationships, manage contracts and pricing agreements, and optimize supplier performance to align with organizational objectives. You will gather and analyze operational performance data, develop long-term supplier strategies, and maintain an efficient supplier portfolio for temporary labor with the operations department.

In the role as human resource specialist you will analyze supplier performance, help shape long-term strategies, and maintain an efficient supplier portfolio together with the operations team. You will negotiate and manage contracts and pricing agreements, making sure everything is clear, compliant, and working smoothly. In addition to this you will also lead cross-functional review meetings to assess performance and identify areas for improvement and find effective solutions.

As a full time human resource specialist in Amsterdam, you are organized, practical, and enjoy working with both data and people. You should be confident managing contracts, analyzing performance metrics, and communicating clearly with suppliers and internal teams.
