What You'll Do
- Guide customers in choosing the perfect products for their self-care rituals
- Solve any issues that pop up after the sale-ensuring customers feel supported and satisfied
- Be the friendly, helpful voice for French-speaking customers across email, phone, and social media
- All from the comfort of your own home, working remotely with the Rituals team!
Flexible Hours
No need to hesitate : Become a Customer service agent from home with Rituals! All we need is someone who can commits to at least 20 hours a week (and more is possible too!). There are multiple shifts : Day shift (08:45-18:00), Late shift (11:00-21:00) and Weekend shift (10:00-18:30) We offer flexible shift lengths of 4, 6, or 8 hours, giving you the freedom to choose a schedule that fits perfectly with your lifestyle.
