As a Hardware Developer Electronics, you will be involved in the development, optimization and management of electronics, mechanical components, and test and production tooling. You will contribute to high-quality products used by installation companies and end-users around the globe. You will be responsible for the entire hardware design process—from concept through to production.
Your tasks include:
- Designing and reviewing electronic schematics and PCB layouts
- Performing simulations using LTspice, QucStudio or GNU Radio
- Managing components and designs in Pulsonix Vault
- Contributing to the development of housings and mechanical parts
- Collaborating with production partners to ensure optimal manufacturability
- Developing and maintaining test tooling for subassemblies and finished products
- Designing in compliance with RED, EMC and LVD guidelines, including pre-compliance testing
- Performing lifetime tests and product validations
- Writing test software and firmware (not for production use)
- Developing and testing FPGA code
- Selecting and validating COTS hardware
- Supporting component selection for procurement and quality analyses
- Assisting support teams with technical issues
- Actively contributing to the improvement of processes, tools and technology
