Operator

As an operator you’ll join a company specialized in mixing, packaging, and filling a wide range of household products. Your daily tasks include operating, setting up, and maintaining production machines and equipment. Together with your colleagues you make sure everything runs safely and delivers top results by performing preventive maintenance, small repairs, and quality checks on the products produced. Your main tasks:

• Operate, set up, and adjust machines and production equipment.
• Carry out quality checks and report deviations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and small repairs.
• Record production data and report to the team leader.
• Work closely with fellow operators and colleagues to ensure efficiency.

What we value:

• Some experience as an operator is a plus.
• Good command of English or Dutch, spoken and written.
• Willingness to work in a 2- or 3-shift system.
• Technical insight and problem-solving skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.

• Salary between €3,000 and €3,600 gross per month including allowances, based on experience.
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per km.
