Your responsibilities will include:- Managing all aspects of customer service, including quoting, contract review, order entry, and customer setup.
- Collaborating with internal teams such as account management, purchasing, and product management to ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and fostering trust and loyalty.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance customer relationships and contribute to business growth by addressing challenges proactively.
- Supporting additional tasks and projects to meet both customer and organizational objectives.
- A gross monthly salary between € 2700 and € 3000, based on your experience and skills.
- A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- A full-time role (36-40 hours per week) in Alphen aan den Rijn.
