We’re seeking driven Business Development Managers who are motivated by results and excited to grow with a leading international business.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll be selling across several revenue streams:
- Memberships to executive networking and learning communities
- Business Development Services
- Corporate B2B events (virtual and in-person)
- Introductions for major enterprise projects and tenders
- Promotion of world-class venues for conferences, exhibitions, and live events
You’ll start by booking your own meetings, but as you ramp up, a SDR team will back you up and keep your diary full. Sales cycles move fast (2–3 weeks), though larger enterprise deals can take up to 3 months.
Tasks
What You’ll Do
- Hunt, build, and close new business with senior decision-makers across enterprise markets
- Position memberships, events, and introductions as must-have solutions for clients
- Own the full sales cycle — from first conversation to signed deal
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining strong relationships with both leaders and vendors
- Hit and exceed personal sales targets
- Represent the business at client meetings and conferences (remote and occasional travel)
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in consulting, events, or membership services
- A self-starter who’s confident running the full sales cycle remotely
- Skilled at engaging senior stakeholders and influencing at director level
- Strong closer with the resilience to manage fast-moving and longer enterprise cycles
- Target-driven and motivated by uncapped earnings potential
