Are you the people-oriented manager for our ultramodern warehouse?

What will you do?

As a Logistics Supervisor at Arrow Electronics you are responsible for a team of approximately 30 warehouse employees and you enable them to perform optimally. Due to your good communication and coordination, they know that they can rely on you to ensure that the logistics process runs smoothly together. As a Supervisor you keep an overview of the process, you ensure a pleasant working climate and that the objectives are achieved. Depending on your experience and qualities, you manage on of the processes in our huge and modern warehouse. With this you can think of:
• building and developing your team of operators, troubleshooters and trainers;
• coaching and motivating your team and managing absenteeism;
• continuous coordination with other departments such as customs, transportation and quality;
• devising and developing improvement proposals in collaboration with the warehouse manager.

This is you

A people-oriented manager with experience in managing teams, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment. You are proactive, eager to learn and want to work in a hypermodern warehouse from which high-quality electronic components are sent worldwide. In addition, you are easily approachable and have good communication skills to manage an international team. You are able to communicate in English, German and Dutch. Finally, you are a quick thinker and you are flexible to work in 2-shifts and on some Saturdays.
