Sounds great! But what will I actually do?
You will be the first point of contact for clients, but with a twist. No endless phone menus, no copy paste replies, no boring call center stuff. Instead, you will create real relationships with private investors. You will call new clients to welcome them, explain the platform in plain language, share tips, and make sure they feel at home right away.
And that is not all. You will stay in touch with your clients, pick up on what they need, and act on it fast. See an opportunity to support them better or notice they are running into issues? You will handle it right away. You will also be the one who can explain complex topics clearly, and when needed, you will loop in other teams, whether that is product, compliance, or tech. Meanwhile, you will keep a close eye on what is happening in the market so you can keep your clients up to date with fresh insights and opportunities.
Let's check your CV
You have a bachelor's or master's degree, for example, in economics, finance or something along those lines. You bring at least 2 years of experience in the financial sector, maybe at a broker, bank or investment platform. You know how investing works and, more importantly, you actually care about it. Maybe you follow financial news or even invest yourself, nice!
You are great with clients and love having conversations with real substance. You speak and write German fluently. English too, since you will use it often internally. You are solution minded, structured and a good listener. Clients feel understood, supported and welcome with you on their side.
What's in it for you?
Of course, you will get plenty in return: a monthly salary between €4.500 and €6.000 gross, depending on your skills and experience. Add a quarterly bonus on top, 40 hours a week (with some home office days if it works), 30% of your health insurance covered for you and your family, and everything else in line with local law.
