Production employee 3 shifts

Wat je gaat doen As a Production Employee in our Nourish division, you’ll be at the heart of the process that turns raw ingredients into high-quality powdered flavors. You’ll work side by side with colleagues to keep production running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

What you’ll do:

• Weigh and prepare raw materials based on recipes
• Operate and monitor production machines
• Mix ingredients into flavor blends
• Pack finished products in bags (up to 23 kg)
• Prepare batches for shipment
• Keep your workspace safe, clean, and organized

Shift Schedule

• Morning: 07:00 – 15:00
• Afternoon: 15:00 – 23:00
• Night: 23:00 – 07:00

Wat we je bieden

• Hourly wage of €17.91 (excluding allowance)
• 20.5% shift allowance on all hours worked
• 13th-month salary, 25 vacation days, and 8.33% holiday allowance
• Travel allowance (€0.21 per km from 10 km one way)

Functie-eisen

• Availability to work full-time in a 3-shift schedule
• 2+ years of experience in production or logistics
• Dutch or English language skills (B1 or higher)
• Physically able to lift bags up to 23 kg
• Reliable, accurate, and a strong team player
• Comfortable working with strong scents daily
