Claims Coördinator (Administrator)

As a Claims Coordinator at Samsung SDS in Born, you'll ensure smooth handling of claims. With good performance, you have the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

You manage, check, and analyze claims. Your keen eye helps you assess the validity of each claim. You gather all necessary information and documentation. When a new claim comes in, you're the point of contact for customers. You clearly explain how the process works.

For valid claims, you prepare and send liability letters. You also keep an eye on the financial process. You solve problems and ensure everything is handled neatly.

You work 32 to 40 hours per week, usually Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. But there's room to discuss your working hours.

You'll be working at Samsung SDS in Born, a logistics company operating in 40 countries. The modern warehouse in Born is part of a global network with over 4,500 logistics experts. The location is easily accessible via the A2 and A73 highways, and is close to Sittard, Geleen, Weert, Heerlen, and Roermond.

What you bring to the table:

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written. This is crucial for international communications.
• Smooth communication skills with customers and colleagues. This ensures top-notch service.
• Basic knowledge of logistics, especially in transport and storage.
• Availability to work fulltime.

Do you have experience with claims in logistics? That's a bonus! A logistics diploma is also a plus.
