Operator

You step into the production hall, greet your colleagues and glance at the screen: the first batches have already started. While others are still waking up, you have already checked a couple of production lines and effortlessly join in the process. You are someone who would rather do than talk, and that is exactly what makes you indispensable on the shop floor. No talking, just making sure everything keeps running.

The organization is active worldwide in developing and producing plastic packaging for personal care products, food, beverages and household applications, among others. Innovation never stands still here: in fact, a brand new packaging machine will soon be put into operation. Within the team there is a collegial and energetic working atmosphere and work is carried out in a clean and well-organized production environment.

As an Operator, you will work on the production of high-quality plastic packaging. You are involved in checking the quality of products - think caps for deodorant or spoons for baby food. You operate several machines, intervene in case of minor malfunctions and perform simple maintenance tasks. You will also ensure that the workplace is kept tidy. You will work in shifts, starting in a 3-shift schedule and changing to 5 shifts after a month.

What do you bring?

• You speak Dutch or English;
• You have experience in production, experience as a machine operator is a plus;
• You are available full-time;
• You are willing to work in 5 shifts.

What can you expect?

• A gross hourly wage of €14.80 in 3 shifts, with 18.5% shift bonus;
• After one month, you will move to 5 shifts with a gross hourly wage of €16.37 and 28% shift bonus;
