Production employee 3 shifts

Wat je gaat doen At IFF’s Nourish division, you will help transform raw ingredients into high-quality powdered flavors. Together with your team, you will ensure every batch meets the highest standards for taste, safety, and consistency.

Your responsibilities:

• Collecting and weighing raw materials according to recipes
• Adding ingredients to machines and monitoring the process
• Mixing raw materials into flavor blends
• Packaging finished products into bags (up to 23 kg)
• Preparing batches for shipment
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Working hours (3-shift system):

• Morning shift: 07:00 – 15:00
• Afternoon shift: 15:00 – 23:00
• Night shift: 23:00 – 07:00

Wat we je bieden

• Gross hourly wage: €17.91 (excluding shift allowance)
• 20.5% shift bonus on all worked hours
• 13th-month salary, 25 vacation days, and 8.33% holiday allowance
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per km (from 10 km one way)
• Pension plan starting on your first working day
• Possibility of a direct contract with IFF upon good performance

Functie-eisen

• Full-time availability in a 3-shift schedule
• Proficiency in Dutch or English (minimum B1 level)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a production environment
• Physically able to lift bags up to 23 kg
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
• Comfortable working with strong scents on a daily basis
