Factory Worker 3 Shifts

Wat je gaat doen As a factory worker, you play a key role in our flavor production process. Your work ensures that products are prepared safely, accurately, and on time. You’ll be active, hands-on, and part of a supportive team.

Your tasks include:

• Collecting and weighing raw materials according to recipes
• Adding ingredients to machines and monitoring production
• Mixing raw materials into flavor blends
• Packing finished products into bags (up to 23 kg)
• Preparing batches for shipment
• Keeping your workplace clean, safe, and organized

Working hours 3 shift system

• Morning: 07:00 – 15:00
• Afternoon: 15:00 – 23:00
• Night: 23:00 – 07:00

Wat we je bieden

• Gross hourly wage: €17.91 (excluding shift allowance)
• 20.5% shift allowance on every worked hour
• Extra benefits: 13th-month salary, 25 vacation days, and 8.33% holiday allowance
• Travel allowance: €0.21 per km (from 10 km one way)
• Pension plan starting on your first working day
• Possibility of a direct contract with IFF upon good performance

Functie-eisen

• Full-time availability in a 3-shift schedule
• Proficiency in Dutch or English (minimum B1 level)
• At least 2 years of experience in a production environment
• Physically fit and able to lift bags of up to 23 kg
• Reliable, accurate, and a true team player
• Comfortable working with strong scents on a daily basis
