Are you passionate about uncovering insights through data analysis and reporting? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your analytical and presentation skills can shine? In the Marketing Digital & Lead Generation workstream, you'll dive into NN's digital campaigns across 7 European countries. You will support performance analysis, create insightful reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, and SQL, and present your findings to stakeholders. Join us and be part of a team that's at the forefront of digital marketing innovation, where English proficiency and presentation experience are key.

What you are going to do

  • Conducting data analysis to evaluate campaign performance
  • Preparing detailed reports and insightful presentations
  • Using tools like Excel (advanced level), Power BI
  • Supporting performance optimization across European campaigns
  • Staying current with trends in performance marketing, AI and data analytics

You should be tech-savvy, comfortable with various digital marketing tools, and a creative problem solver who can think outside the box. Collaboration is key, so being a team player with strong communication skills is essential.

Our team of international experts specialize in various fields of digital marketing and digital business, including performance campaigns, SEO, media strategists, and web analytics. Each member brings a unique set of skills and experiences, making our team a powerhouse of creativity and innovation.

Regular brainstorming sessions, workshops, and feedback loops are integral parts of our workflow, fostering an environment where ideas can flourish and everyone's voice is heard.

As an international team, we work remotely across different locations, ensuring flexibility and inclusivity in our day-to-day collaboration. To stay connected and aligned, we hold regular in-person meetings at our hub in The Hague every few weeks, which help strengthen team bonds and drive strategic alignment.
