Operator

You'll be working as an operator at a company specializing in mixing, packaging, and filling various household products. Your duties will include operating, setting up, and maintaining the machines and production equipment.Together with your colleagues, you'll ensure that all equipment operates safely and delivers optimal results. Your responsibilities:

• Operate, set up, and maintain the machines and production equipment.
• Perform quality control and ensure compliance with production standards.
• Perform maintenance work on machines.
• Record production data and report it to the team leader.
• Collaborate with fellow operators and other team members to maximize efficiency.

Functievereisten:
To work within this growing company, certain requirements are expected of you:

• Experience as an Operator is a plus.
• You are fluent in spoken and written English or Dutch.
• You are willing to work a 2 or 3-shift system.
• You have technical insight and problem-solving skills.
• You are accurate and have an eye for detail.
• You are a team player with strong communication skills.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden:
The following conditions apply

• Salary indication between €3,000.00 and €3,600.00 gross per month, including allowances based on experience.
• €0.21c per km for travel expenses.
• Opportunity for a permanent contract with good performance.
• 25 vacation days per year.
