We’re on the lookout for a Netherlands - based Marketing Manager to join our team!
The Challenge
- Driving Scalable Growth Across Multiple Shopify Stores
Challenge: Managing and scaling performance across several Shopify brands requires balancing tailored strategies for each store while maintaining overall cohesion and efficiency. The role demands quick testing and execution of CRO, AOV, and paid media initiatives — all while ensuring consistency in brand identity and customer experience.
- Maximizing ROI from High-Stakes Marketing Budgets
Challenge: With responsibility for $1M–$5M in monthly marketing spend, there is constant pressure to make data-backed decisions that consistently deliver results. Navigating fluctuating ad costs, platform changes (especially on Facebook and Google), and evolving customer behavior across US and EU markets makes optimization and budget allocation complex and high stakes.
Early Success Milestones for this role
- Increase the conversion rate across all marketing channels
- Boost profits from Facebook ads through strategic media buying and targeting
- Maximize revenue from email marketing by improving campaign effectiveness and customer engagement
Let’s Set Expectations First
- This is not a salaried position. This is an Independent Contractor role.
- You must be able to commit at least 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
- We require everybody in the team to use Hubstaff to track hours worked.
Compensation
We pay on an hourly basis.
Quick Note: You don't have to be a Marketing Manager already. We are open to junior marketing experts as long as you have the key experiences we're looking for!
Requirements
We would love to hear from you if…
- You have worked for similar e-commerce companies which owns and operates multiple Shopify brands worldwide
- You are highly proficient in marketing Shopify stores, with hands-on experience in developing and implementing strategies to drive traffic, enhance user engagement, and optimize conversion rates.
- You excel at leveraging digital marketing tools, SEO, and social media campaigns to achieve measurable growth and align with business objectives.
- You have a proven track record of working with e-commerce brands, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in these industries. Experience in the fashion industry is a plus.
- You have successfully marketed low-ticket products, focusing on increasing conversions through strategic initiatives.
- You are experienced in targeting and marketing to diverse audiences, including the EU and US markets.
- You possess media buying and advertising expertise, with a proven ability to optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
- You are someone who thrives on challenges, enjoys finding creative solutions, and embraces innovation.
- You are tech - savvy and have experience in marketing automation and advanced media buying to enhance campaign efficiency further.
