(Junior) People & Admin Generalist (m/f/d) - Maternity Cover

Your Tasks

People Operations & HR Support

  • First point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries (leaves, health insurance, etc.)
  • Support with onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Scheduling doctor appointments for health surveillance (medicina del lavoro)
  • Coordination of employee attendance and tracking
  • Monthly collaboration with payroll provider (data collection, draft review, approvals; INAIL, ENPALS)
  • Management of recruitment processes (posting ads, coordinating with universities, interview scheduling)
  • Preparation of employment documentation: contracts, amendments, letters
  • Coordination of workplace health & safety initiatives and communication with H&S consultant
  • Support with mandatory surveys (ISTAT, etc.)

Administrative & Office Tasks

  • Daily monitoring and handling of the legal PEC inbox
  • Administrative support to the Managing Director (filing, follow-up, documentation)
  • Coordination with service providers (mobile phones, office supplies, travel tools)
  • Interaction with tax/labor consultants as needed for HR-related matters
  • Data entry and archiving of HR documentation

Your Profile

  • Previous experience in administrative and/or HR support roles (internships or junior positions included)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable using MS Office tools and digital admin platforms
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
  • Fluent Italian, good English (B2 or above)
