As a Lab Technician Food / Enzyme technology you will perform experiments for food enzyme development projects for several (plant-based) dairy products and ingredient processing.
- You will plan and conduct enzyme biochemistry experiments such as enzyme activity assays using spectrophotometric methods and enzyme incubations in food matrices
- You will develop automated workflows using liquid and solid handling robots
- Furthermore you will record, analyze and interpret the obtained results and discuss your experimental work in the team
