Manpower is looking for an Assistant Financial Controller for an international organization based in Aalsmeer.

In this role, you'll be part of a dynamic international finance team, reporting to the International Controller. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting financial consolidation and ensuring accurate, consistent reporting across entities
• Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Collaborating across departments and countries to gather and streamline financial data
• Contributing to budgeting and forecasting with actionable insights
• Reviewing general ledger activity, month-end accruals, and compliance with Dutch/US GAAP/IFRS
• Monitoring inventory accounting and production costing for proper cost absorption
• Assisting with external audits and tax filings
• Utilizing tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Excel, and Blue10 to manage and automate workflows
• Continuously optimizing internal controls and financial processes
