What You Will Be Doing:
Motivate, encourage, and coach the team to provide the ultimate experience for our guests and give regular feedback to the Front Office team.
Manage the quality, consistency, presentation, and service of the Front Office.
Handle all administrative tasks, projects, and responsibilities such as scheduling and purchasing.
Collaborate with the hotel's restaurant, housekeeping, and business partners.
Use a wide range of coaching skills to ensure that the team is well motivated and informed of day-to-day activities.
