Functieomschrijving:
What will you do as a Packaging Operator?As a Packaging Operator, you will set up, adjust, and monitor packaging machines to ensure accurate and timely processing of various production orders. You are the link between production and distribution, keeping the packaging process running efficiently and according to safety and quality standards.Your main tasks:

• Setting up and adjusting packaging lines for different production batches
• Monitoring the quality and availability of packaging materials
• Detecting and resolving technical malfunctions during production
• Conducting in-line quality checks and ensuring product standards
• Performing light technical maintenance on packaging equipment
• Recording production and process data accurately
• Ensuring full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality protocols

You will work in a three-shift system, where your precision and technical insight ensure smooth operations.

What do we expect from you?You are accurate, technically skilled, and motivated to take initiative. You work well independently but also thrive in a team setting.We’re looking for someone with:

• MBO+ level of education or equivalent practical experience
• 1–2 years of experience as a Packaging Operator or in a similar technical production role
• Good verbal and written skills in either English or Dutch
• Availability to work in a rotating three-shift system
• A hands-on, proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
• Technical affinity and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
