As a Senior Quality Engineer at our partner company, you are fully responsible for ensuring the quality of the entire product and supply chain. Your role includes managing quality processes, assessing designs for assurance and testability, and validating production processes from individual parts to the final product.
You evaluate processes to confirm that the end product meets specified standards and requirements. This involves conducting process and product-related audits and reviews. Based on your analyses and conclusions, you initiate improvement projects. You effectively assess complexity and priorities, make clear decisions, and influence all stakeholders, including R&D, industrial engineering, purchasing, quality, and manufacturing. You consistently maintain an overview and elevate the quality organization.
Within your department, you share your knowledge and expertise, promoting the use of quality methods and procedures. You actively seek out best practices and new methods to align with trends in the market.

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, with equivalent analytical and problem-solving skills.

5-10 years of experience in a technical environment (not necessarily in a Quality role).

Preferred familiarity with 8D, FMEA, and Six Sigma Kaizen methodologies if experienced in a similar position.

Strong process management abilities and a natural inclination toward quality.

Exceptional conceptual, analytical, and solution-driven skills.

Decisive personality with excellent communication skills.

Preference for full-time employment (40 hours per week).
