Thanks to your efforts, complex business critical applications are always running smoothly. Your role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our gaming systems. The large volume of requests that needs to be processed in combination with keeping data integrity is a key challenge of this role. In this way, you directly contribute to a happy, healthy and sporty Netherlands. As a Backend Developer Control Center you score by:
- Providing and consuming highly performant and highly available API’s to process deposits, withdraws and registrations
- Designing algorithms that help prevent irresponsible behavior by the players
- Maintaining the Blazor application in which responsible gaming and fraud agents do their day-to-day work
- Set up CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Coaching your peer developers and safeguarding code quality
Technologies used, but not limited to: C#, dotnet, EventHubs, CosmosDB, Blazor, Fluxor, Jira, Azure DevOps, Robot framework, Git, terraform.

Within Technology we have an application for our fraud management department for signaling and acting when any fraudulent pattern has been identified. It processes and evaluates millions of events, making use of such Azure services like EventHub, Storage Queues and CosmosDB.
The dev team will be closely aligned with the product teams, continuously searching for new opportunities to improve functionality, safeguard operations and improve user experience based on feedback and data analysis.

- Bachelor/Master in a technical field (master is preferred)
- Deep technical knowledge of IT systems, processes and various development methods as mentioned above
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience in a development team

As a Backend Developer we offer you:
- A salary between €4.800,- and €6.800,- gross a month, depending on your experience
- A position for 32 - 40 hours per week
- An interesting bonus scheme
