Your role in the journey
As Housekeeping & Quality Management Trainee, you'll be responsible for monitoring the quality of our rooms and public areas, supporting improvement projects, and ensuring compliance with both Anantara and LQA standards.
Your responsibilities include:
Supervising room and public area quality
Supporting projects led by the Housekeeping Executive
Ensuring compliance with brand and LQA standards
Communicating creatively and proactively suggesting improvements
Occasionally assisting with hands-on cleaning tasks when needed
What you'll bring
Availability for at least 20 weeks, 5 days per week (including weekends)
A flexible, motivated and stress-resistant mindset
A sharp eye for detail and a results-driven approach
Willingness to get hands-on when needed
Strong communication skills and fluency in English; Dutch is a plus
