Production Employee

Functieomschrijving:
What will you be doing as a Production Employee? As a Production Employee, you’ll be responsible for the crucial first phase of production: preparing the dough and syrup. You’ll follow recipes precisely and ensure that ingredients are processed correctly according to strict quality standards.

Functievereisten:
Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing dough and syrup based on established recipes
• Handling and mixing raw ingredients in accordance with quality guidelines
• Coordinating with oven operators and other team members
• Identifying deviations and adjusting processes when needed
• Accurately recording production data
• Complying with hygiene and safety regulations
• You’ll work in a 3-shift system, taking charge of the production kickoff, without you, the line can’t run
