So, what will I actually be doing?
As a Full Stack Developer, you'll be building the future of investing. You'll work on systems and interfaces that make things so intuitive, users forget just how complex the world of digital assets really is. You'll build smart portals, clear tools, and lightning-fast applications, always scalable, intuitive, and future-proof.
You'll be right in the middle of a multidisciplinary team of traders, developers, and crypto experts. Also, you'll contribute to UX and performance, translating complex investment processes into clever digital solutions. You'll also develop components that connect with the blockchain, fund administration systems, and financial service integrations, all on Microsoft Azure. Want to dive into mobile apps with React Native or Flutter? Go for it! Prefer back-end work in C#? That's great too. Interested in mentoring a junior developer? Even better because you'll be involved from day one.
Can I actually do this?
If you've got a bachelor's degree and several years of developer experience, and your eyes light up at good UX design, then yes you absolutely can. You've got at least 3 years of experience with TypeScript, React, and Next.js, and you're into crypto. You don't just write clean code; you spot opportunities to build things faster, simpler, and smarter. Your skills in C#, .NET, and Azure, combined with database knowledge and REST API experience, help you thrive in Agile teams using DevOps and CI/CD.
With a Can-Do (all!) mentality and entrepreneurial mindset, you take ownership to build scalable, reliable software. You're comfortable in a modern front-end stack, experienced with API integrations and responsive design, and happy to support junior developers. You'll also work on fund administration systems and financial integrations, keeping Governance, Risk, and Compliance in mind. Fluent English is essential, as you'll collaborate closely with experts from various fields.
