Cluster Revenue Manager

Over de functie

The Revenue Management team at Landal plays a key role in maximizing both revenue and occupancy across all holiday parks in Europe. This means developing smart pricing strategies, analyzing market trends, and steering accommodation availability.

As a Cluster Revenue Manager, you take ownership of the financial and operational performance of your cluster-around 50 holiday parks. In this role, you combine strategic leadership with a hands-on mindset, staying closely involved in the daily dynamics of the business.

You play a role in steering both the day-to-day operations of your team and the strategic direction of your cluster. You guide your team in streamlining processes and ensuring that strategies and tactics are effectively translated into action. At the same time, you act as a partner to senior leadership-sharing insights, results, and concrete recommendations from your cluster. With an increasing focus on developing your own cluster-specific forecasts. Your ability to combine operational insight with forward-looking strategy ensures full control over your cluster's results.
Summarized you are responsible for:

  • You lead, coach, and inspire a team of three to four analysts, helping each team member grow and excel. You foster a high-performing environment built on collaboration and continuous development.
  • You directly manage revenue, pricing, and occupancy for three parks in your cluster and use data-driven insights to fine-tune strategies around pricing, length of stay, and distribution mix. You also take the lead in cluster-specific forecasting and budgeting, ensuring accurate financial steering. Additionally, you help optimize our key systems.
  • You play an active role in high-impact projects. This involves aligning systems, pricing strategies, and operational tactics. You're also responsible for indexing optimization, structural improvements to revenue management, and effective promotional strategies that balance short-term gains with long-term growth.
  • As the key voice for your cluster, you represent your team in the Revenue & Sales management team. You work closely with fellow Cluster Managers and senior management to align on strategy and performance.

Your experience managing multiple portfolios-ideally within dynamic environments such as hospitality, aviation, or travel-has equipped you to make confident, data-driven decisions and consistently meet ambitious targets. Furthermore you have the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Whether you're mentoring a team member, presenting strategies to management, or aligning with partners, you bring clarity, structure, and inspiration. You also bring:

  • An academic level of thinking and working.
  • 5-8 years of experience in revenue management, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written.

  • A salary between €4.808,- and €6.869,- gross per month on a full-time basis*.
  • A bonus scheme.
  • 27 days' holiday for a full-time working week* with the option to purchase 10 additional days off.
  • Flexible working hours and the possibility of (partly) working from home.
  • Working from home allowance of €2.40 per home working day.
  • A lease car or a mobility budget*.

  • Participation in the Recreation pension fund. The standard retirement date in this scheme is 67 years. The premium for this old-age pension is 21.8% of the pension basis, with Roompot/Landal and you each paying half.
  • Possibility of paid additional maternity and parental leave.
  • Various group insurance policies, including free continuous travel insurance for you and your family.
  • A favorable staff booking scheme.

* A full-time employment contract at Landal has a 38-hour working week, which is equivalent to a 5-day working week. If you have a part-time employment contract, your salary and vacation days are calculated pro rata.
