Your role in the journey
As a Housekeeping Employee, you’ll be part of the team that ensures every guest room is a sanctuary of comfort and cleanliness. With care, consistency and a warm smile, you’ll help create the unforgettable Anantara experience.
Your responsibilities include:
Cleaning guest rooms to the highest Anantara standards.
Ensuring all areas are spotless, well-stocked and ready for guest arrival.
Engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Reporting maintenance issues and lost & found items promptly.
Supporting your team to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.
What you’ll bring
Flexibility in your availability and a hands-on attitude.
Affinity with cleanliness, hygiene and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and a guest-first mindset.
Efficient time management and the ability to work independently.
Experience in Housekeeping within a 5-star hotel is a plus.
Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.
Knowledge of Thai culture will be valued.
