Your day-to-day
You are responsible for creating remarkable guest experiences, mainly at the hotel supporting Breakfast or bringing Room Service orders.
With the ability to expand your responsibilities:
As a Breakfast Employee (Ontbijtmedewerker), you ensure our guests enjoy a delightful breakfast experience through friendly and attentive service. Your duties include setting up and maintaining breakfast stations, engaging with guests, and keeping the dining area clean and inviting.
You'll also assist with the morning preparation of the Manhattan Lounge Bar and support the setup for meetings and events as needed.
A passion for hospitality and excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work early mornings and weekends.
Who you are
- You are a great team player, passionate about hospitality and determined to provide the best quality of service for our guests and customers
- You are fluent in speaking and understanding English, Dutch is preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or similar position is appreciated but not mandatory
- You have a caring and enthusiastic attitude
- You are proactive and solution-oriented
- You are a team player
- You like to take responsibility and are proud to provide a great quality of service to the guests and customers
- You are preferably available on weekends

Crowne Plaza Amsterdam-South is located in the bubbly Zuidas area, just a 5-minute walk from station Amsterdam Zuid which connects you to the city centre within 10 minutes.
