HR Intern

Tasks

As an HR Intern, you'll work closely with the HR team and support various HR functions. Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes
• Posting job vacancies and screening CVs
• Coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates
• Supporting HR administrative tasks (contracts, documentation, records management)
• Assisting in organizing team events
• Updating and maintaining HR databases and tools.
• Participating in employer branding and employee engagement initiatives
• Assisting with payroll and benefits administration
• Supporting HR policy reviews and compliance processes
• Leave management.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong interest in HR and the IT/tech industry
• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
• Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace; knowledge of HR tools is a plus
