As a trainee operator, you'll be part of a fixed team and work with a mobile workstation equipped with a computer and scale. Based on formulas, you'll collect, weigh, and process a variety of raw materials - both powders and liquids - that are used in globally known products like detergents, cosmetics, and perfumes.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Collecting raw materials using a mobile workstation according to production recipes;
• Accurately weighing and handling ingredients (sometimes over 30 per batch);
• Mixing and preparing scent compounds for further processing;
• Operating and monitoring production equipment;
• Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe;
