Your main focus will be on recruiting senior Technical- and Data Engineering profiles. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and maintaining close contact with capability leads and our HR business partners. You’ll also contribute ideas on how to reach new talent and continuously improve our way of working, ensuring an optimal experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
The team you’ll be joining is unique: at Valcon, recruitment is a true joined effort. In addition to your fellow recruiters, you’ll work closely with consultants who, alongside their client projects, actively contribute to improving and supporting our recruitment processes. This collaborative approach means recruitment is embedded throughout the entire organization — across all departments and at every level.
Vereisten
- At least 5 years of experience in (Corporate) Recruitment;
- A strong track record in recruiting Senior Technical/Data profiles;
- You are able to think outside the box and successfully recruit in a candidate-driven market;
- You enjoy both the candidate-facing side of recruitment and liaising with the business and HR colleagues;
- You’re a strong communicator in both Dutch and English;
