Were a small, loving family based in Hoorn, and Bella is our first baby shes around 5 months old. Both my wife and I mostly work from home, but with busy schedules and the demands of daily life, we sometimes need a bit of help so we can have some time for ourselves or focus better on work. Thats why were looking for a flexible nanny someone we can call occasionally, when needed, rather than on a fixed schedule. What were looking for: Experience with infants (around 5 months old). Kind, patient, and genuinely loves working with children. Flexible with time (well always try to give notice at least a day in advance). Ideally lives nearby for easier communication.
