As part of our Management Team, you'll oversee a talented group of multifunctional teams within our PSS business unit. Based in Oss, you'll also travel to our client sites in Boxmeer and Nijmegen, supporting teams and ensuring top-level service. - Member of Management Team for PSS the Netherlands.
- Overseeing a business unit within the organization and responsible for various multifunctional PSS teams.
- Developing policies, procedures, goals, and tactics to achieve the organizational goals of the business. Providing oversight to ensure that business plans are followed; taking corrective action if there is a deviation from expectations or standards.
- Training, development and coaching of PSS Leaders (Teamleads).
- Recruitment and Performance management: First point of contact with recruiter; selecting, orienting, developing, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, motivating, counselling and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; managing sickness and holiday leave.
- Effective organization, coordination, managing of PSS Teams at client sites with an eye on high productivity, quality, GMP and safety, resolving problems and customer-service standards.
- Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
- Building, maintaining and developing customer relationships. Taking care of the clients; that they always get the best services by evaluating the 'best practices' in the field of commercial and quality goals.
- Taking care of high employee and customer satisfaction, low staff turnover and absenteeism.
- Supporting financial and contractual aspect.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, (Bio)Chemistry or related;
- Leadership experience;
- Min 5 years work experience in the (pharmaceutical) industry.
- A good command of spoken and written English and Dutch. Dutch is
mandatory
. - People manager;
- High interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent Customer Relationship Management Customer empathy - ability to understand and meet customer requirements.
- Excellent planning and organization skills, helicopter view, entrepreneurship.
- Ability to work cross functionally across different parts of the Country.
- Self-motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervision.
