Senior Software Engineer – High-Tech Systems
As a Senior Software Engineer in a dynamic project-based environment, you’ll contribute to the development of complex and scalable high-tech systems. You'll work in a hybrid setting—partly from a central office, partly remote, and partly on-site with clients.
What You’ll Do Your work will span a variety of software development tasks including:

Developing interfaces to enable seamless communication and data transfer between software components.

Implementing algorithms and low-level drivers.

Resolving software issues and developing graphical UI applications.

Writing unit tests using frameworks such as GMock and working within simulated environments and automated test setups.
Responsibilities

Design, implement, and verify software subsystems, modules, and components.

Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues.

Write clean, structured, and maintainable code.

Participate in agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and architecture/design discussions.

Act as a technical sounding board for team members and stakeholders.

Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.

Who You Are

You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Embedded Systems, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.

You bring at least 6 years of experience in high-tech software development, primarily using C++.

You have working knowledge of Python and C, and are comfortable with OOP, UML, design patterns, and agile practices such as TDD/BDD.

You communicate fluently in English (Dutch is a plus).
