Your day…
As a evening/night receptionist at the Linden Hotel you are the face of the hotel during the night. Your responsibilities include:
Welcoming guests and handling the check-in and check-out procedures
Managing incoming phone calls and emails
Handling guest requests and potentially challenging situations
Administrative tasks such as reservations and payments
Night audit
Facilitating the common areas
You are...
Hospitality minded
A true night owl
Able to work independently
Have a high sense of responsibility
Confident and proactive
Have at least one-year experience as a night receptionist
Fluent in English and preferably in Dutch
Located in Amsterdam

Salary range according to the Horeca CAO
