What are you going to do
As an Assistant Team Leader, you will manage a team of 5 to 15 employees.
Your tasks include:
- Working on the packing department and guiding (new) employees (content-wise)
- Instructing and distributing tasks within the team
- Ensuring smooth work preparation so that the team can continue working efficiently and adjusting when needed
- Detecting and reporting simple (electrical/mechanical) faults, organizing repairs, and adjusting parts
- Checking if the work meets the agreed quality standards"
