You play a key role in translating strategic business needs into smart, executable IT solutions that deliver real value across our B2B portfolio.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team working on the implementation and optimization of our new Business Support Systems (BSS), built specifically to meet the needs of our business clients. You act as a connector between business and IT - turning ideas into action, roadmaps into priorities, and complex dependencies into clear next steps.
The roleAs a Solutions Analyst within the Enterprise (B2B) IT domain of the telecom sector, you work on highly visible and business-critical initiatives. You understand the complexity of B2B telecom operations - from service provisioning and customer onboarding to billing, contract lifecycle and support - and know how to translate that into scalable IT architecture.
Your key responsibilities include:
• Coordinating alignment across internal teams and B2B business stakeholders;
• Translating complex needs into well-structured epics, user stories and feasible technical solutions;
• Evaluating requirements for business value, technical feasibility and architectural impact;
• Identifying dependencies and ensuring cross-team alignment;
• Supporting cost control, planning and decision-making;
• Working closely with Product Leads, solution architects, and external vendors.

Must-have:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or similar role in an IT setting
Proven ability to define user stories, epics and solution directions
Solid understanding of IT architecture, data flows and system dependencies
Experience working in complex enterprise environments with multi-stakeholder dynamics
Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus)
Nice-to-have:
Experience in the telecom or technology sector
Understanding of BSS/OSS systems or enterprise IT platforms
Familiarity with SAFe or other agile methodologies
Experience working in the B2B IT domain within telecom, including challenges such as multi-layered customer journeys, integration with legacy systems, and contract-driven workflows
